Booking a party
To check availability and make a booking, please click the button below.
Payment is required in full at time of booking.
For Main Gym upgrade availability please call us on 01473 433676. Availability is restricted to Sundays and on very limited dates. If available, the upgrade payment will be due on the day.
Days and times we can hold parties are:
Saturdays 2pm to 4pm or 4pm to 6pm in the Recreational Gym only,
includes party food area
Sundays 2pm to 4pm or 4pm to 6pm in the Recreational Gym only,
includes party food area
(limited availability to book Main Gym access also but only on a Sunday, surcharge applicable)
Current price from 1st March 2026
for up to 30 children
Party price in Recreational Gym - £200.00
Main Gym access when booking Rec Gym
- extra £70.00.
(Sundays only if available,
not guaranteed exclusive use,
you can then also have a max of 34 children)

Party Bookings
- Party payments are non-refundable, unless the party is cancelled by Gymnastics In Ipswich. This includes cancellation for illness and poor weather conditions.
- All parties are based in the Recreational Gym. If you have been given the opportunity to upgrade to use the Main Gym, this does not guarantee exclusive use.
