Party Itinerary

Children have 1 hour and 15 mins of play time in the Gym, supervised by 2 of our coaches.

Parties are unstructured as standard, but if you would like the coaches to organise games/ activities with the children you can discuss this on the day with your Party Leader, who will then plan some age-appropriate games/ activities for your guests.

The maximum number of children allowed in the Recreational Gym is 30.

If you opt for the upgrade to use both Gyms then the maximum will be 34 (please remember though this does not guarantee sole exclusive use of the Main Gym)

The coaches are there to monitor the Health and Safety of you and your guests, the children must be supervised by the hirer, and it is your responsibility to ensure that there are enough responsible adults in the Gym to support the children during their play. We recommend no more than 5 children per adult.

You can Bluetooth your music device to our speakers if you wish to have music during your play or food time.

Photos and videos can be taken whilst the children are playing.

Following the 1 hour and 15 minutes of play time in the Gym, there is a quick visit to the changing rooms to use toilets, wash hands etc. then up to the balcony area for your party food.

We do not offer catering services therefore all food must be supplied by you the hirer, we can give you access to a small kitchenette area to make drinks, plate up food etc. Please be aware that this is not a fully equipped kitchen.

We recommend that you advise your guests that the party is for 1 hour 45 minutes as your total booking time of 2 hours includes 15 minutes to clear away after your food.

We ask that guests are collected promptly and that you vacate the party area swiftly at the end of your 2 hours to ensure no delay is caused to the party that follows your booking.

For Main Gym upgrade availability please call us on 01473 433676. Availability is restricted to Sundays and on very limited dates. If available, the upgrade payment will be due on the day.
