This 30 minute Tots Teddy Bear gymnastic class is a fun way to introduce your child to gymnastics and is designed to be stimulating and enjoyable whilst teaching basic gymnastic elements.
The class format is as follows:-
9.25am – 9.30am Inter-active warm up song
9.30am – 9.35am Stretching (gentle stretching exercises for arms & legs)
9.35am – 9.40am Tactile session - pushing Swiss ball - rolling small ball - different hand-eye action (squeezing, feeling, stroking, throwing, bouncing)
9.40am – 9.45am Rebound session - walking around trampoline, jumping around trampoline, bouncing and retrieving objects
9.45am – 9.50am Hanging (get baby to try to hang on low bars)
9.50am – 9.55am Warm down song (Teddy Bear) and stamp

Structured Courses
- Our terms run back-to-back; they are not synced with school terms which means we are open during school holidays as normal. We do close on Bank Holidays though and for 2/3 weeks at the end of August and December
Cancellation Policy
- If you wish to cancel, please do so via your online account.
- We will cancel your gymnasts subscription from the next available payment date, providing your request is received prior to the 20th of the month, before the next payment is due.
- We are not able to back-date cancellation requests. Your gymnast is welcome to attend our classes up to the end of the month you last paid for.
